Our service personnel are multi skilled in mechanics, electronics and PLC programming. In addition, with multiple years of experience in our equipment and process know how, we can consult and act on customer’s site in the most professional way. Our service personnel are specifically trained and have the premium ability to overview the total situation on site.

Calibration

is for us not just to calibrate the i.e. sensors. Calibration for us is to calibrate and to check the plausibility compared to the functionality of the whole equipment. Calibration does not involve just calibration; it also involves the understanding of how a deviation can affect the equipment, or how the re-calibration may influence the equipment functionality. We consider a job done when the machine runs correctly after calibration.

Maintenance

is for us not just to maintain parts. Maintenance for us is maintaining the parts and check the actual conditions in relation to the service they have to fulfil and to estimate the remaining lifetime. Not only do we maintain parts for our customers, we also consider life time cycles of our parts. A premature failure will generate a user analysis and process evaluation with our customers. We also contact customers based on preventative maintenance, if a certain part should be ordered before its life cycle runs out. Preventing unscheduled down time improves productivity.

Safety Checks

during the lifecycle of your Hüttlin equipment several changes will take place. On one side the equipment itself may change in minor or major details but on the other side safety regulations may change as well. Both can have an impact to the safe operation of your equipment. We are able to inspect the condition of the equipment and we can recommend countermeasures in order to prevent any hazardous situations.

Inspections

if you are interested in carrying out changes or in improving of certain parts of the unit, we can offer to assist and to provide our recommendations which are dedicated to have a maximum benefit at a minimum cost.
