The heart of the OYSTAR HÜTTLIN high-shear mixer granulator is the patented mixing device Gentlewing. Its pioneering and unique design is the decisive milestone on the path towards reproducible process results. An excellent mixing quality even at the smallest rotation speeds makes it possible to handle products gently and allows for perfect discharging.

Superior mixing and granulating

Thanks to the patented Gentlewing^®, problems such as product sticking to the side panels and incomplete emptying are things of the past. The shape of the mixing tool is the same as that of the mixing container, and its adjusted wings ensure that the product is turned in a controlled manner. The precise nature of the production of the OYSTAR HÜTTLIN high-shear mixer granulator guarantees a defi ned granulating gap along the entire length of the mixing arm, so that a considerably larger surface is used for granulation.

With the HTG (HÜTTLIN Top-Drive Granulator) and HBG (HÜTTLIN Bottom-Drive Granulator), OYSTAR HÜTTLIN has a high-shear mixer granulator to meet every requirement. Gentlewing with all of its benefi ts is available for use in either version. The OYSTAR HÜTTLIN high-shear mixer granulator with bottom drive is the best choice for simple granulation applications in combination with a fl uid bed drier. The top-drive version also satisfi es the highest of demands. With UltraClean, SmartFlow, vacuum system unit, solvent recycling and heating, this version can be modularly extended up to the SinglePot unit and to meet the requirements of a highcontainment system.
